Taking our grandson for a while
We spent the day driving let me tell you that is not a fun drive with a two year old. Alyssa had to stop at every rest area. She would play and pee then we would have to force her back in the car. After we finally made it to Boise which took 5 hrs we picked up our grandson Caleb for an extended stay so that his mom can get her self figured out. The drive home was even harder then the drive there because we had a 2 yr old and a 3 yr old. We had to stop and eat and pee and play. I didn't think we were ever going to get home. Thank goodness we did. Know I just have to get them worn out so they will go to bed. This should be a very interesting experience for me since all of my kids are so far apart in age. I have never had any close together except Ben and Jess and we only had Jess once in a while. Well that is my week.

Poky Football
Well Ben is still heartbroken without his coach he was in tears for the first half of the poky vs. century game. It was senior night we wanted to take pictures but couldn't our picture taker ended up being our baby sitter. We didn't want to take the little ones because of the problems from the poky vs. highland game. You can't believe the security they had and the people that booed the poky team. The team took it well and just pretty much ignored it they also played awesome after all the drama from the week they beat century 21 to 0. Go poky.

Thirteen
Well I survived my son's thirteenth birthday. My does time fly!! Eddy just had his thirteenth birthday on sunday and I kept thinking he can't be that old yet. Then of course Ben puts his thoughts on the matter. No mom you are old I will be eighteen in 3 months. Don't you love kids. Alyssa ran all over the house all day saying it's my birfday I want presents and Daky hid in his room...... what a wonderful day. I have 3 months to recover then I guess I do it again for Ben by then I guess I will be ancient.

New to blogging
I am not a big fan of myspace but it is so easy to use and it makes it easy to keep in contact with my older kids. So here goes it is taking some time but I am finally figuring out how to use this blogspot. Hope I can keep everyone up to date on the going ons here in Idaho Falls. We have only lived here for just over a year now. I really miss Pocatello! But I am getting use to IF. I am finally connecting a little with family and getting to know my way around. The kids are doing fabulous and the schools here are wonderful so hopefully we can start to feel at home here soon.
