Ok it is quickly approaching my daughters 4th birthday. Here is the problem she seems to have this appendage that protrudes from here mouth. Many parents would know this as a binki. I had talked her into giving it up during the day for almost 6 months then her daddy got laid off of work and was home more. I don't know if this caused a problem or if she just got a way with more because he was home. Now the binki is always with her if not she is very upset almost frantic she says I LOVE MY BINKI and it loves my mouth. We thought this was pretty cute for a while but the dentist did not think so. If she doesn't have her binki at night she suffers from night terrors the doctor said she would out grow these but if she has her binki she doesn't have them. We even tried leaving the binki at home when we went on vacation to Bear Lake good thing my hubby had one in his overnight case or we probably would have been thrown out of our hotel for out sweet daughter woke up screaming and wouldn't quit for over an hour. So how do we get rid of this appendage that is always attached to her mouth without the screaming tantrums. Yes some of you parents out there know just what I mean when it comes to a little girl she can scream and scream until blood pours out of your ears and you go deaf :) especially if you know my sweet daughter. I would appreciate any advice that I could get since out of all of my children she is the only one that ever even had an interest in the binki. Hugs to all Ellie
